Apprenticeships provide individuals with the opportunity to combine practical training in a job with study. We tailor each apprenticeship at Snape to enable individuals to work alongside our experienced staff and gain job-specific skills in construction. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment where individuals are offered the time and support to undertake study at a range of local colleges related to their role.
We currently have four apprentices working in our business. Each individual is working successfully towards their personalised goals.
