Health & Safety is our very highest priority and investment in the induction, training and development of our employees and sub-contractors is ongoing and wholly supported at Board level.

We receive competent advice and support in regard to health & safety from H&G Construction Safety Association Ltd.

​

We pride ourselves on our outstanding health & safety track record.

​

All staff and sub-contractors receive a comprehensive health & safety induction and thereafter they receive site specific health & safety inductions.

 

All operatives receive routine Toolbox Talks and are subject to training monitoring and development.

 

All operatives are trained in basic health & safety, including asbestos awareness, manual handling, abrasive wheels and working at height.

 

Appropriate operatives working at height wit equipment have the necessary PASMA and IPAF qualifications.

 

We support Site Managers to attain their SMSTS qualification and Site Supervisors their SSSTS qualification.

To demonstrate our proficiency in health & safety, we have a number of SSIP accreditations.
