GIVING BACK
Snape Contracting is committed to delivering a positive impact, directly through the delivery of our works, but also indirectly through investment of time and money in initiatives that promote social value.
Community Events
We work with our clients to deliver various community support initiatives. One great example of the work we undertake is the transformation of a community garden for residents at a Curo sheltered housing scheme in Keynsham. Snape Contracting supported Curo with labour to make this initiative a fantastic success.

Charity
We support a number of charitable causes including Macmillan Cancer Support and Winston's Wish.

Sponsorship
We sponsor a number of sports teams, including Westbury United AFC and FC Lakeside U15 Reds.

Westbury United AFC are based in the village of Westbury-on-Severn in the Forest of Dean. They have two teams playing in the North Gloucestershire League, one in the Premier Division and one in Division 1. The Club was formed in 1907 and centenary celebrations in 2007 included a presentation evening with England World Cup legend Nobby Stiles. The football club is a key part of the village and the pitch and changing rooms form part of the village hall. The club is run completely by volunteers and funded by the players and fund raising activities.

FC Lakeside U15 Reds was founded in 1975 by 2 or 3 keen dads from Up Hatherley. Their sons were keen footballers and were desperate for their dads to start some football training sessions for them. FC Lakeside has since gone from strength to strength and now enters teams into the Cheltenham youth league at under 9 level, competing right through to the under 16’s. 2018 saw the U15 team win the league!
